HOW TIME OFF WILL BE HANDLED. An employee whose planned C.E.E.P. activity will require a leave of seven (7) days or less shall be eligible for conference and meeting leave (E leave). If time beyond the seven (7) days is required, the additional days shall be requested under vacation leave entitlement.
