Hourly Conversion for Part-time or Alternately Scheduled Employees. For employees who work part-time or a schedule other than an 8/40, the number of FML hours for which the employee is eligible shall be adjusted in accordance with her/his normal weekly work schedule. An employee whose schedule varies from week to week is eligible for a pro-rated amount of FML based on her/his hours worked over the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the leave.
