Hour Delay Sample Clauses

The Hour Delay clause establishes the terms under which a delay, measured in hours, is recognized and addressed within a contract. Typically, this clause specifies the threshold for what constitutes a reportable or actionable delay, outlines the responsibilities of the parties in notifying each other, and may detail any penalties or remedies that apply if the delay exceeds the agreed-upon period. By clearly defining how short-term delays are managed, the clause helps prevent disputes over minor schedule slippages and ensures both parties understand their obligations in the event of brief interruptions.
