Hospitalization Leave (Immediate Family Members. All employees shall receive three (3) days of paid leave per year for visitation in a hospital or other inpatient care facility of a mother, father, wife, husband, brother, sister, legal guardian or child whose health condition is considered imminently terminal. Such hospitalization leave is not cumulative.
