Horizontal Advancement. The employees' salary schedule shall be based upon semester hours of Superintendent-approved graduate level courses, in addition to those required for the Bachelor's Degree. The LPDC has no role in approving graduate courses for reimbursement and/or horizontal movement on salary schedules.
