Holders’ Benefit Clause Samples
Holders’ Benefit. For greater certainty, the Trustee holds the benefit of the Voting Rights for the Holders, but all other rights in respect of the Voting Share, including without limitation any rights to receive dividends on the Voting Share, are for benefit of RVI.
