Common use of HMRC DT Treaty Passport scheme confirmation Clause in Contracts

HMRC DT Treaty Passport scheme confirmation. (i) A U.K. Lender which becomes a U.K. Lender after the date of this Agreement, is a U.K. Treaty Lender that holds a passport under the HMRC DT Treaty Passport scheme, and wishes that scheme to apply to the U.K. Facility, shall include an indication to that effect in the Assignment and Assumption which it executes by including its scheme reference number and its jurisdiction of tax residence in that Assignment and Assumption.
