Historical DSCR. (a) Together with the delivery of financial statements in accordance with Section 10.1(a) in respect of each full Fiscal Quarter occurring after the Initial Principal Payment Date, the Borrower shall calculate and deliver to the P1 Administrative Agent its calculation of the Historical DSCR.
