HIRING OF DISTRICT RESIDENTS AS APPRENTICES AND TRAINEES. H.1.1 For all new employment resulting from this contract or subcontracts hereto, as defined in Mayor’s Order 83-265 and implementing instructions, the Contractor shall use its best efforts to comply with the following basic goal and objectives for utilization of bona fide residents of the District of Columbia in each project’s labor force:
