HEALTH & WELFARE AND PENSION. a. In those Addenda which provide Teamster Health & Welfare and/or Pension Funds, the negotiated monetary increases set forth in Article 34, Section 1(a) of the NMA shall be applicable. In addition, the terms of Article 34, Section 1(a) and (f) of the NMA shall be applicable to determine any necessary allocations.
