Common use of Health Benefit Clause in Contracts

Health Benefit. Subject to Section 3(d), the Company will pay the premiums for the Executive and the Executive’s eligible dependents to continue healthcare coverage under COBRA at the rates then in effect for active employees, subject to any subsequent changes in rates that are generally applicable to our active employees (the “Health Benefit”), until the earlier of (A) a period of 6 months from the date of the Executive’s termination of employment, (B) the date upon which the Executive and/or the Executive’s eligible dependents becomes covered under similar plans or (C) the date upon which the Executive ceases to be eligible for coverage under COBRA or other applicable law or policy governing such coverage.
