Headings; Gender; Number. The headings of the sections and subsections herein are inserted for convenience of reference only and are not intended to be a part of, or to affect the meaning or interpretation of, this Agreement. As used herein and as the context requires, a reference to the male, female or neutral gender includes a reference to each other gender, and a reference to the singular or plural number includes a reference to the other number.
