Hazardous Work. (a) Employees hereunder shall not be required to jeopardize their working opportunities by having to perform work that is considered hazardous. (b) The following allowances shall be paid if an employee hereunder does, however, agree to perform services while on aerial flights, space flights, submarine diving, or working in combat zones: $100 for each flight or dive or incident. In the event work is performed under any of the above circumstances, the Employer shall cover the employee, for the duration of the assignment, with a personal accident insurance policy, insuring against death and/or dismemberment in the amount of $100,000 payable to the beneficiary designated by the employee, and providing for a weekly indemnity of $1,000 in the event of total disability, as such term is commonly understood in the insurance field, for a period of fifty-two (52) weeks. (c) The Employer shall provide suitable wearing apparel for abnormally cold or wet work.
