Common use of Hazardous Operations and Items Clause in Contracts

Hazardous Operations and Items. Tenant shall not install or operate any steam or gas engine or boiler, or carry on any mechanical business in the Premises without Landlord’s prior written consent. Tenant shall not use or keep in the Premises or the Building any kerosene, gasoline or other inflammable or combustible fluid or material, or use any method of heating or air-conditioning other than that supplied by Landlord. Explosives or other articles deemed extra hazardous shall not be brought into the Building.
