Common use of Harmonization Clause in Contracts

Harmonization. 1. In accordance with Article 3 of the SPS Agreement and the Decisions for the implementation of the said Article adopted by the WTO/SPS Committee, the Parties shall work on the harmonization of their respective sanitary and phytosanitary measures, taking into account standards, guidelines and recommendations developed by the relevant international organizations.

Harmonization. 1. In accordance with Article Developing as set out in article 3 of the SPS Agreement and the Decisions for the implementation of the said Article adopted by the WTO/SPS Committeeits supplementary decisions, the Parties shall work agree on procedures for the harmonization of their respective sanitary and phytosanitary measures, taking into account standards, guidelines particularly where there are differences in the adoption of standards and recommendations developed recommended by the relevant international organizations.
