Harmonization. The establishment, recognition and application of common sanitary and phytosanitary measures by different Members.
Harmonization. 1. To harmonize sanitary and phytosanitary measures on as wide a basis as possible, Members shall base their sanitary or phytosanitary measures on international standards, guidelines or recommendations, where they exist, except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement, and in particular in paragraph 3.
Harmonization. Where a capitalized term is used but not otherwise defined in this Exhibit C, the meaning ascribed thereto elsewhere in the Agreement, including but not limited to Exhibit B, shall apply.
Harmonization. If there shall be a conflict or an inconsistency between the provisions of this Article V and Article IX, the provisions in Article IX shall control over the inconsistent provisions in this Article V as to matters specifically addressed in Article IX.
Harmonization. 1. In accordance with Article 3 of the SPS Agreement and the Decisions for the implementation of the said Article adopted by the WTO/SPS Committee, the Parties shall work on the harmonization of their respective sanitary and phytosanitary measures, taking into account standards, guidelines and recommendations developed by the relevant international organizations.
Harmonization. The Parties shall use international organizations and other specialized regional fora in the harmonization of their Sanitary and Phyto-Sanitary Measures.
Harmonization. Any term not specifically defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the DTCP2 Adopter Agreement, the Procedural Appendix, Exhibit B-Compliance Rules, and Exhibit C- Robustness Rules.
Harmonization. The Parties shall endeavor to cooperate on the matters related to the harmonization of SPS measures, on as wide a basis as possible, as prescribed under Article 3 of the SPS Agreement. Such cooperation shall be conducted without requiring either Party to change its appropriate level of protection of human, animal or plant life or health that the Party has determined in accordance with Article 5 of the SPS Agreement.
Harmonization. 1. The Parties shall endeavour to harmonize their standards, technical regulations and conformity assessment procedures in accordance with the provisions of the WTO- TBT Agreement;
Harmonization. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Sublicensee acknowledges that Sublicensor agrees and is bound to convey to Sublicensee only those rights available to it under its license agreement with Dalhousie, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit C. * * * * * * * * * * * [remainder of page left intentionally blank]
