Common use of Harmonization Clause in Contracts

Harmonization. Where a capitalized term is used but not otherwise defined in this Exhibit C, the meaning ascribed thereto elsewhere in the Agreement, including but not limited to Exhibit B, shall apply.

Harmonization. Where a capitalized term is used but not otherwise defined in this Exhibit CB, the meaning ascribed thereto elsewhere in the Agreement, including but not limited to Exhibit B, Agreement shall apply.
