Common use of Harmonization Clause in Contracts

Harmonization. Developing as set out in article 3 of the SPS Agreement and its supplementary decisions, the Parties shall agree on procedures for the harmonization of sanitary and phytosanitary measures, particularly where there are differences in the adoption of standards and recommended by the relevant international organizations.
