HARD. TO-FILL POSITIONS When there is a shortage of bargaining unit members with the appropriate credentials, the following provisions apply. A. The District shall notify the Association whenever such a hard-to-fill position is deemed necessary. Such positions include, but are not limited to, special education, science, math, psychologists, or others. B. There will be established a Subsidized Tuition Training Program (STTP) for Hard-to-Fill positions. In each instance, the District will specify the subsidy amount available for such subsidies. C. The availability of such positions shall be posted at all work sites and all unit members shall have the opportunity to apply for the STTP for Hard-to-Fill positions. D. The District will pay the cost of tuition for retraining to serve in the identified, posted hard-to-fill positions for current bargaining unit members. E. The District will pay the tuition for the bargaining unit member selected to participate in the Subsidized Tuition Training Program at the beginning of the term in which the class is taken. F. Should the bargaining unit member fail to complete a class or not receive credit with a passing grade, the bargaining unit member will reimburse to the District for the tuition subsidy. At the end of each term the unit member shall provide the District with a copy of her/his grade report. G. Should the unit member choose to leave the District before completing the retraining program, the unit member will reimburse the District for the tuition subsidy.

  • Format The data will be provided in the format specified in Specification 2 for Data Escrow (including encryption, signing, etc.) but including only the fields mentioned in the previous section, i.e., the file will only contain Domain and Registrar objects with the fields mentioned above. Registry Operator has the option to provide a full deposit file instead as specified in Specification 2.

  • Images If applicable, the CONSULTANT is prohibited from capturing on any visual medium images of any property, logo, student, or employee of the DISTRICT, or any image that represents the DISTRICT without express written consent from the DISTRICT.

  • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.

  • Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store County PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the County Information Security Office.

  • Computers All computers, hardware, software, computer upgrades and maintenance in connection therewith shall be at Owner's expense.
