HANDLING OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. 2.1. The RECIPIENT shall, and shall ensure and procure that its servants shall, maintain the Confidential Information in strict confidence, including requiring its servants to enter into a confidentiality agreement on substantially the same terms as this Confidentiality Agreement, and shall, without limitation to the generality of this obligation, exercise in relation thereto no less security measures and degree of care than those which it applies to its own confidential information which it warrants as providing adequate protection against unauthorised disclosure, copying or use.
