Guiding principles of the procedures. The procedures anticipated in this Agreement will be governed by the principles of cost-free status, swiftness, formal interviews of the parties, impartiality, equality, and contradiction, while respecting at all times the ethical code of the SIMA-FSP, current legislation, and constitutional principles. The procedures will be adapted to the formalities and deadlines anticipated in this Agreement and in the general precepts of interpretation adopted by the Follow-up Commission of the same, always aiming to be as efficient as possible and swift in their development.

  • AML/KYC Procedures “AML/KYC Procedures” means the customer due diligence (CDD) procedures of a Reporting Financial Institution pursuant to the anti-money laundering or similar requirements of the jurisdiction concerned to which such Reporting Financial Institution is subject.
