Guides. The Guides, which set forth the terms and conditions under which Seller is to sell and service mortgages, are supplements to this Contract and such Guides, as may be amended or supplemented from time to time, are incorporated into this Contract in full by reference and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth at length herein. All capitalized terms used herein and not defined herein have the meanings ascribed to them in Appendix A, Glossary of Terms, to the Guides.
