Common use of Guidance and Co-operation Clause in Contracts

Guidance and Co-operation. The Operator shall use its best endeavours to ensure that the Services are provided in accordance with all reasonable guidance and guidelines issued to the Operator by the Authority from time to time and the Operator will co-operate fully with the Authority at all times in the provision of the Services under the Agreement.

Guidance and Co-operation. Where the Authority issues the Operator with new or amended guidance which results in material costs being reasonably incurred by the Operator and which materially impact the Operating Reserve, this shall be subject to the Change Control Procedure.
