Guard Services. The Service Provider agrees to provide stationary guard services on demand by the COTR or Contracting Officer and shall include, but is not limited to, escorting and guarding residents/detainees to medical or doctor’s appointments, hearings, ICE interviews, and any other location requested by the COTR. Qualified personnel employed by the Service Provider will perform such services. The Service Provider agrees to augment such practices as may be requested by ICE to enhance specific requirements for security, resident/detainee monitoring, visitation, and contraband control. Public contact is prohibited unless authorized in advance by the COTR or Contracting Officer. The Service Provider shall be authorized to provide at least one (1) officer for each remote post, as directed by the COTR or Contracting Officer. Reimbursement will be in accordance with paragraph F below.
