Guarantee Obligation Performance Claim to the Guarantor. (1) If the Obligor is obliged to fully repay the Obligations because they have become immediately due and payable or for other reasons, the Bank may fully recover the Obligations by claiming the performance of guarantee obligations to the Guarantor.
