Common use of Group Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Clause in Contracts

Group Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment. (1) NO REDUCTION IN BENEFITS (A) The Company agrees that it will not amend the Group Life Insurance Plan so as to reduce the benefits presently available under the Plan (Medavie Blue Cross Policy number 91012). (B) The Company agrees that it will not amend the Accidental Death and Dismemberment Plan (Medavie Blue Cross Policy number 91012) so as to reduce the benefits presently available under the Plan.
