Grievance Submissions. 1. All grievances shall be filed on a form mutually agreed to by the parties. All grievances shall contain a clear statement of the issue, the specific provision(s) of the Agreement violated, the names of the Officer(s) affected, the date of the alleged action, and the specific relief sought. A grievance not filed in accordance with the requirements listed above will be considered waived, and ineligible for further processing. 2. All grievances must be submitted to the individual / University representative designated in each step of the procedure.
