Common use of Grievance Settlements Clause in Contracts

Grievance Settlements. The satisfactory settlement of all grievances shall be reduced to writing in words agreeable to both parties and shall be written on or attached to a copy of the written grievance and signed by the representatives involved. No grievance settlement shall be final or binding until approved by the Executive Director or a management designee, whose name(s) shall be supplied to the Unit President.
