Grievance Documentation. All grievances must be in writing, must contain the following information to be considered, and must be filed using the grievance form mutually agreed upon by the parties. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ employee’s name and signature, except when a class action grievance is filed.
