Gratuity Plan. (a) Effective 2017 June 05, employees with gratuity credits may withdraw in whole or in part those credits after five (5) years of continuous service in cash or on approval of the Department Head, as additional vacation. (b) Payment of the gratuity in cash shall be computed at the time of withdrawal as follows:
