Grantors’ Legal Status. Such Grantor shall not change its type of organization, jurisdiction of organization or other legal structure except, upon not less than twenty (20) days’ prior written notice to the Agent.
Grantors’ Legal Status. (a) Such Grantor is an organization as set forth in the Perfection Certificate; (b) such organization is of the type, and is organized in the jurisdiction, set forth in the Perfection Certificate; and (c) the Perfection Certificate sets forth such Grantor’s correct organizational identification number or states that such Grantor has none.

(a) Except as set forth in Schedule 3.01, Grantor’s exact legal name is that indicated in the preamble hereto, Grantor has not, during the past five years, been known by or used any other corporate or fictitious name, nor been a party to any merger, acquisition or consolidation; and (b) Grantor is an organization of the type and organized in the jurisdiction set forth in the preamble hereto.

(a) Such Grantor is an organization as set forth in Schedule 6.01; (b) such organization is of the type, and is organized in the jurisdiction, set forth in Schedule 6.01; and (c) Schedule 6.01 sets forth such Grantor’s correct legal name, prior organizational names within the previous five years, chief executive office, organizational identification number or states that such Grantor has none.

Grantors’ Legal Status. (a) Each Grantor is a registered organization of the type, and is organized in the jurisdiction, as set forth on the Perfection Certificate or the most recent Perfection Supplement, as applicable, or as otherwise notified to the Secured Party pursuant to Section 6.01; and (b) the Perfection Certificate or the most recent Perfection Supplement, as applicable, or a written notification delivered to the Secured Party pursuant to Section 6.03, sets forth each Grantor’s organizational identification number or states that such Grantor has none.
Grantors’ Legal Status. Without providing at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Secured Party, such Grantor shall not change its type of organization, jurisdiction of organization or other legal structure.
Grantors’ Legal Status. Grantor (i) without providing at least 30 days prior written notice to the Agent and each Lender, will not change its name, its place of business or, if more than one, chief executive office, or its mailing address or organizational identification number if it has one, (ii) if Grantor does not have an organizational identification number and later obtains one, forthwith notify the Agent and each Lender of such organizational identification number, and (iii) will not change its type of organization, jurisdiction of organization or other legal structure.

(a) It is an individual or an organization, as set forth in the Collateral Information Certificate; (b) if it is an organization, such organization is of the type, and is organized in the jurisdiction, set forth in the Collateral Information Certificate; and (c) the Collateral Information Certificate sets forth its organizational identification number or states that it has none.
Grantors’ Legal Status. Without providing at least 10 days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent (and except as permitted pursuant to the Credit Agreement), it shall not change its type of organization, jurisdiction of organization or other legal structure.
