Common use of Grantor Recognition Clause in Contracts

Grantor Recognition. The Owner shall ensure recognition of the role of the City in providing services through this Contract. All activities, facilities and items utilized pursuant to this Contract shall be prominently labeled as to funding source. In addition, the Owner will include a reference to the support provided herein in all publications made possible with funds made available under this Contract. Such labeling and/or reference shall include the following credit line: "This project is partially supported by Community Development Block Grant and/or HOME funding from the City of Fort ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇."
