Common use of Grantor Recognition Clause in Contracts

Grantor Recognition. The CDC shall insure recognition of the role of the grantor agency in providing services through this Agreement. All activities, facilities and items utilized pursuant to this contract shall be prominently labeled as to funding source. In addition, the CDC will include a reference to the support provided herein in all publications made possible with funds made available under this contract.
