Granting. Upon written request, a leave of absence shall be granted to an Employee in connection with the birth of a child, placement of a ▇▇▇▇▇▇ child, or child adoption for whom the Employee is a parent or legal guardian. Such leave shall be granted for the requested time up to four (4) months, including the medical portion of the leave for a newborn.
