Grant Disbursement Generally. The maximum not-to-exceed amount payable to Recipients under this Agreement, which includes any allowable expenses, is «NTE». OHA will not disburse grant to Recipient in excess of the not-to- exceed amount and will not disburse grant until this Agreement has been signed by all parties. OHA will disburse funding to Recipient as described in Exhibit A, Part 2.

OHA will not disburse grant funds to Recipient in excess of the not-to-exceed amount and, notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, will not disburse grant funds until this Agreement has been signed by all Recipient(s) and, when required, approved by the Oregon Department of Justice. OHA will disburse the grant to Recipient as described in Exhibit A.
