Grant Disbursement Generally. The maximum not-to-exceed amount payable to Recipients under this Agreement, which includes any allowable expenses, is «NTE». OHA will not disburse grant to Recipient in excess of the not-to- exceed amount and will not disburse grant until this Agreement has been signed by all parties. OHA will disburse funding to Recipient as described in Exhibit A, Part 2.
