Graduate Supervision. 18.15 Employees shall receive credit for the completed principal supervision of graduated graduate students on the basis of one half hour of credit per term for each candidate super- vised, to a maximum of one hour for each L.L.M. (thesis) candidate, and a maximum of one and a half credit hours for each Doctoral candidate. It is understood that Employ- ees will use accumulated graduate supervision credit in the form of course release at the earliest reasonable oppor- tunity subject to academic planning.
