Common use of GOVERNORS Clause in Contracts

GOVERNORS. 45. The number of Governors shall be not less than three nor more than 18 except for appointments of any Additional Governors made by the Secretary of State under Articles 62, 62A, 63 or 68A. 45A All Governors shall upon their appointment give a written undertaking to the Foundation Members/Trustees to uphold the Object of the Academy Trust
