GOVERNMENT SUPPORT SERVICES. DEFINITIONS AND GENERAL PROVISIONS The attached Definitions and General Provisions apply to all contracts and are part of each establishment of a set-aside contact. The requirement to furnish a bid bond and performance bond is applicable unless waived in the Special Provisions. Should the General Provisions conflict with the Special Provisions, the Special Provisions shall prevail. Bidders or their authorized representatives are required to fully acquaint themselves as to State procurement laws and regulations prior to submitting bid.
