Governing Terms and Conditions. If there is an irreconcilable conflict between the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement or any amendment of this Agreement and the terms and conditions set forth in any Exhibit, Appendix, Annual Fiscal Year Work Authorization or Supplemental Annual Fiscal Year Work Authorization to this Agreement, the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement or any amendment of this Agreement shall control over the terms and conditions set forth in any Exhibit, Appendix, Annual Fiscal Year Work Authorization or Supplemental Annual Fiscal Year Work Authorization to this Agreement.
