Common use of Governance of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Governance of Agreement. The Agreement shall be construed, governed, interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Germany, except that questions affecting the construction and effect of any patent shall be determined by the law of the country in which the patent was granted; and disputes arising out of the Agreement which cannot be settled between the Parties will be brought before the courts of Germany.
