Common use of Google Brand Features Clause in Contracts

Google Brand Features. Google grants to Company a non-exclusive and non-sublicensable license during the Term to use the Google Brand Features, in accordance with this Agreement and the Google Branding Guidelines, to: (a) fulfill Company’s obligations in connection with the Services; (b) use Google’s name in securities filings, and documents required by law; and (c) use Google’s name in press releases (in accordance with Section 18) and Google Brand Features in presentations and marketing materials; [***].
