Goods Held on Consignment. The Disclosure Schedule lists all goods, if any, held by the Division on consignment or other goods, if any, in the possession of Seller for the benefit of the Division which goods are not owned by Seller, together, in each case, with description of the terms of such consignment and the name, address and telephone number of the owner of such property.
