Geochemistry Sample Clauses

The Geochemistry clause defines the requirements and standards for the collection, analysis, and reporting of geochemical data within a project or agreement. It typically outlines the types of samples to be collected, the analytical methods to be used, and the quality control measures that must be followed to ensure reliable results. By establishing clear protocols for geochemical work, this clause ensures consistency, accuracy, and comparability of data, which is essential for informed decision-making and regulatory compliance.
Geochemistry shall include all analysis performed both on ditch samples and each of the recovered cores.
Geochemistry. Percentile statistics were applied to geochemical values from the humus, "B" and "C" horizon till samples collected from the orientation and regional surveys. Anomalous geochemical values were defined as those which occurred at or above the 95th percentile. Background concentrations were defined as 50th percentile values. These values are summarized for each survey in Tables 4 (gold and base metal) and 5 (rare element pegmatite). Data was plotted as proportional dot diagrams to evaluate element distribution and concentration with respect to bedrock geology. Comparing both 95th and 50th percentile value from orientation surveys with those derived from the regional sampling program highlights several important relationships:
Geochemistry. In spite of the fact that most of the gold assays from Whitehouse cannot relied upon, the base metals are perhaps more credible, and some support for a mineral deposit can be seen with Cu, Pb and Zn in stream sediments. Gold in concentrates from soils are also consistently high but no means of quantifying these results could be found, as noted above. 50 He took 21 rock chip and 7 stream sediment samples and all of the latter contained visible free gold as did all 4 taken during this last visit. Copper in rocks was up to 140 ppm with maxima of 20 ppm MO, 385 ppm Pb and 106 ppm Zn also recorded. Up to 1 ppm Au was also found. 51 BIBLIOGRAPHY
Geochemistry. The Lakeview zone had a strong arsenic and gold anomaly. Extensions to the geochenp survey have shown erratic high arsenic, gold and some antimony in other areas deserving follow-up.
Geochemistry. In 1995 and 1996, the Ontario Geological Survey carried out regional till sampling, lake sediment sampling and lake water sampling over an area that included the present ▇▇▇▇▇▇ property (Bajc, 1996; Bajc et al., 1996). Till samples were collected from 1 m deep pits, and sent for heavy mineral concentration and geochemical analysis. Gold concentration and gold grain information (abundance, size, shape) were used to identify anomalies of potential exploration significance. One of the anomalies identified was the “▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Trend”, extending from central ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Township east into central ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Township (Fig.
Geochemistry. Mitigation Measure WQ-1: If waste rock material from the Mackay North and 5-North pits is not tested, it would not be used as backfill material below the water table and will be treated as potentially acid generating per the WRMP. Only material that has been tested and meets NDEP criteria can be used as backfill below the water table in any of the on-site pits (BLM 2019b).

On those roads for which Forest Service completes the design during the contract, the design quantities shall be used as the basis for revising estimated costs stated in the Schedule of Items and adjusting Timber Sale Account. (a) A7 to show Purchaser’s performance responsibility. (b) The Schedule of Items to include costs of survey and design, as provided under B5.24, and adjust Timber Sale Account, as provided in B5.

  • Studies The clinical, pre-clinical and other studies and tests conducted by or on behalf of or sponsored by the Company or its subsidiaries that are described or referred to in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus were and, if still pending, are being conducted in accordance in all material respects with all statutes, laws, rules and regulations, as applicable (including, without limitation, those administered by the FDA or by any foreign, federal, state or local governmental or regulatory authority performing functions similar to those performed by the FDA). The descriptions of the results of such studies and tests that are described or referred to in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus are accurate and complete in all material respects and fairly present the published data derived from such studies and tests, and each of the Company and its subsidiaries has no knowledge of other studies or tests the results of which are materially inconsistent with or otherwise call into question the results described or referred to in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus. Except as described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, neither the Company nor its subsidiaries has received any notices or other correspondence from the FDA or any other foreign, federal, state or local governmental or regulatory authority performing functions similar to those performed by the FDA with respect to any ongoing clinical or pre-clinical studies or tests requiring the termination or suspension of such studies or tests. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company makes no representation or warranty that the results of any studies, tests or preclinical or clinical trials conducted by or on behalf of the Company will be sufficient to obtain governmental approval from the FDA or any foreign, state or local governmental body exercising comparable authority.

  • Laboratory a. Drug tests shall be conducted by laboratories licensed and approved by SAMSHA which comply with the American Occupational Medical Association (AOMA) ethical standards. Upon advance notice, the parties retain the right to inspect the laboratory to determine conformity with the standards described in this policy. The laboratory will only test for drugs identified in this policy. The City shall bear the cost of all required testing unless otherwise specified herein. b. Tests for all controlled substances, except alcohol, shall be by oral fluid testing and shall consist of two procedures, a screen test and, if that is positive, a confirmation test. c. To be considered positive for reporting by the laboratory to the City, both samples must be tested separately in separate batches and must also show positive results on the confirmatory test. d. In the event of a positive test, the testing laboratory will perform an automatic confirmation test on the original specimen at no cost to the Covered Employee. In addition, the testing laboratory shall preserve a sufficient specimen to permit an independent re-testing at the Covered Employee’s request and expense. The same, or any other, approved laboratory may conduct re-tests. The laboratory shall endeavor to notify the designated MRO of positive drug, alcohol, or adulterant tests results within five (5) working days after receipt of the specimen.
