Common use of General Terms of Agreement Clause in Contracts

General Terms of Agreement. This Agreement and the Disclosure Statement apply to the Account and my Card(s). This Agreement replaces all prior cardholder agreements between you and me for the Account, and for my Card(s). I understand that if I use my Card(s) it will mean that I have agreed to everything in this Agreement and in the Disclosure Statement. This Agreement is my promise to pay to you all amounts owing on the Account. I should keep a copy of the most current Agreement for my records.
