Appointment of Personnel. The City Manager shall designate persons to carry out the City's obligations under this Agreement. The County Manager shall designate persons to carry out the County's obligations under this Agreement.
Appointment of Personnel. 10 (A) The City and the Union shall each appoint one (1) member to the City's 11 Safety Committee. This Committee will meet at least monthly and 12 discuss safety and health conditions. The duties and responsibilities of 13 the Safety Committee member are outlined in the City's safety manual.

Except to the extent provided otherwise in this Agreement, it is agreed that the COUNTY Utility Division Manager/POTW Director shall be designated to carry out the COUNTY's obligations under this Agreement, and the CITY Director of Water Management shall be designated to carry out the obligations of the CITY under this Agreement.

ARTICLE REAL PROPERTY, EQUIMENT AND SUPPLIES The Southwestern Workforce Development Consortium will follow all Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act requirements governing the title, use and disposition of real property, equipment and supplies purchased with federal funds.
