Common use of General Service Pay Range Assignments Clause in Contracts

General Service Pay Range Assignments. A. Effective July 1, 2012, each classification represented by the Union will continue to be assigned to the same salary range of the “State General Service Salary Schedule Effective July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2011” that it was assigned on June 30, 2012. Effective July 1, 2012, each employee will continue to be assigned to the same range and step of the State General Service Salary Schedule that he or she was assigned on June 30, 2012. B. Effective July 1, 2012, the State General Service Salary Schedule effective July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2011 will remain in effect until June 30, 2012, as shown in Appendix A. C. All employees who have been at Step L for six (6) consecutive years or more will progress to Step M of the State General Service Salary Schedule.
