General Satisfaction Clause Samples
The General Satisfaction clause establishes that a party’s approval or acceptance of work, goods, or services must meet a standard of satisfaction, which may be subjective or objective depending on the context. In practice, this means that one party must be reasonably satisfied with the performance or deliverables before certain obligations, such as payment or further performance, are triggered. This clause helps ensure that the receiving party is not obligated to proceed or pay unless their expectations or requirements have been met, thereby protecting their interests and promoting quality assurance.
