Article and paragraph headings contained in this Service Agreement are inserted for convenience of reference only and do not limit, affect or restrict in any way the meaning and the interpretation of this Service Agreement. Words used in the singular shall have a comparable meaning when used in the plural and vice versa, unless the contrary intention appears. Words such as “hereunder”, “hereof” and “herein” and other words beginning with “here” refer to the whole of this Service Agreement, including amendments. References to Articles, Sections, Paragraphs or Exhibits will refer to the specified Article, Section, Paragraph or Exhibit of this Service Agreement unless otherwise specified.
