Common use of General Publication Rights Clause in Contracts

General Publication Rights. The Commissioning Agent agrees with regard to publication of reports, studies, or other works developed in the course of this Contract as a result thereof, that the publication will not contain information supplied to the Commissioning Agent by the School District which is confidential, or which identifies students, employees, or officers of the School District by name without first obtaining their written consent. The School District shall be allowed to review and suggest revisions to any proposed publication in which it is named for thirty (30) calendar days prior to submission for publication. Title to and the right to determine the disposition of any copyrights and copyrightable materials first produced by the Commissioning Agent as a result of performance of this Contract shall remain with the Commissioning Agent.
