GENERAL PROVISIONS – GROUP AND PLAN PARTICIPANTS. The Benefit Plan Except as specifically provided herein, this Benefit Plan will not make the Claims Administrator liable or responsible for any duty or obligation imposed on the Employer by federal or state law or regulations. To the extent that this Benefit Plan may be an Employee welfare benefit plan as defined in the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"), as amended, the Group will be the administrator of such employee welfare benefit plan and will be solely responsible for meeting any obligations imposed by law or regulation on the administrator of the plan, except those specifically undertaken by Us herein.

The appropriate officers and employees of OFI shall be available upon reasonable notice for consultation with any of the Trustees and officers of the Fund with respect to any matters dealing with the business and affairs of the Fund including the valuation of any of the Fund's portfolio securities which are either not registered for public sale or not being traded on any securities market.

  • General Pay Provisions Pay shall be in accordance with the authority provided in the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 General Appropriations Act.
